The ASCDC Defense Win of the Year Award honors outstanding achievements in defense practice, showcasing the most impactful victories that shape the legal landscape. Could your case or a colleague's case earn this prestigious recognition?

• Submissions include non-trial defense wins from the 2026 calendar year.
• Additional details (100-500 words) are welcome.

TRIAL LAWYER OF THE YEAR

The ASCDC Trial Lawyer of the Year Award honors exceptional achievements in defense litigation. This prestigious accolade celebrates the skill, dedication, and impact of trial attorneys who set the standard for excellence in our profession.

• Open exclusively to ASCDC members.
• Submissions include existing defense verdict submissions from the 2026 calendar year.
• Additional details (100-500 words) are welcome.
• Only one submission is allowed per trial attorney nominee.

RISING STAR

Established in 2024, the ASCDC Rising Star Award recognizes an attorney in practice for ten years or less whose accomplishments distinguish them as future leaders in the profession. Do you know an up-and-coming lawyer who exemplifies high achievement, professionalism, leadership, and service to the profession and the legal community?

• Open exclusively to ASCDC members.
• Nominee must be in practice ten (10) years or less.
• Self-nominations will not be accepted.
